About

Our chapter was founded on October 31, 1976, at what was then Edinboro State College, and is now Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. Among those in attendance were: Lilian Ivan Wilder, former National Vice President for Counselors and Directors; Mrs. J.W. Schmitthenner, Chi Province President; Mrs. Roberta Stoughton, pianist for the ceremony; members from the college chapter at Fredonia; and Mrs. Storms, who was installed as our first patroness member.

Our charter members are: Pamela Ann Lynn, Susan Lynne Harrison, Deborah Jane Smith, Lucinda Jane Schmid, Kellie Eileen Grove, Carol Lee Roth, Cheryl Jean Nevius, Wanda Lee Steinbrunn, Christine Jo Riess, Valerie Jean Lang, Colleen Ann Cullen, Sharon Marie Woznicki, and Carrie Denise McCurley.

 

The Zeta Upsilon chapter continually strives to further music on the Edinboro campus as well as in the community through performing often and sharing their love of music.
